Beware of Fraudsters

Protect Yourself from Impersonation Scams

Fraudsters may try to contact you pretending to be from our bank. They may call, text, or email you in an attempt to steal your personal or financial information.

Remember: We will NEVER

Ask for your passwords, PINs, or full debit/credit card numbers

Request one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your phone or email

Pressure you to move money quickly or act urgently to “protect” your account

Ask you to download apps or grant remote access to your device

Common Scam Warning Signs

Calls claiming there’s “fraud on your account” and asking for verification codes

Requests to transfer money to a “safe” or “secure” account

Spoofed phone numbers or caller IDs that look like our bank

Urgent or threatening language designed to make you act quickly

What You Should Do

Hang up immediately if something feels suspicious

Do not share any personal or banking information

Verify independently: Call us using the number on our official website

Report the incident to us right away

Stay Safe

Your security is our top priority. Taking a moment to pause and verify can help prevent fraud.

If you are ever unsure, contact us directly at 719-579-7628 or 719-784-6316.
